1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or special promotions.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
  • In-stock Items: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship when all items are available unless you request partial shipment.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. You can view the estimated shipping cost before finalizing your purchase during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the carrier's website or by clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at fawnishas@gmail.com for assistance.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with pictures of the damaged goods and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and issuing a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to make changes to the address once the order has been processed. 8. International Shipping
